Recovery isn´t simply just about stopping use, whether that could be a stimulant, or chemical dependency on a pharmaceutical medicine, it's also about restoring your physical health, emotional well-being and finding your sense of self again. It might be your first time coming to terms with it, or maybe you´ve spent years in recovery, or in the middle of a medical treatment plan or a support group and looking for emotional support and guidance alongside it. Using various integrative techniques we could look at finding specific tools to help you make lasting changes.

What I can offer support with
A safe space to talk about what you feel led you to to the substance misuse.
Work collaboratively to recognise any complex or tricky behaviours that might be causing the addictive behaviour.
I will help you address other underlying issues you might be facing, such as anxiety, stress and life transitions.
Lifestyle changes to improve well-being, setting goals and guidance towards recovery and finding motivation.
Tools to help you cope throughout your recovery journey and in the post-recovery phase, using CBT, psychodynamic and person centred approaches. Mindfulness techniques can also help to regulate emotions.
Rebuilding relationships with others and re-establishing a good routine.
Look at relapse prevention resources/coping with setbacks.
